#TheBestOfAllJudges
Judgement on this earth should always be based on our Maker’s Scriptures, what He sent down and revealed to each of His messengers. There must be no doubt that He is the best of judges, Al-Hakam!
He is Al-Malik, the One who rules and makes laws for the whole universe and even the mankind. And He sent His laws to each of the nations. Yet man is so ungrateful and arrogant that he wants his own rules and laws based on his whims and desires. That is the reason why today injustice is prevalent all over. That is the real cause of no peace the world over.
Allah speaks about judgement in the verses from Surah Maidah and gives us lessons from the previous nations. This is in order for us to understand the importance of following the laws of our Maker. It also makes us realise that why are we today afflicted with injustice all over!
And that is only because of we leaving His laws to judge among ourselves and instead, have adopted the laws designed by the so-called humans who act on their whims and desires; who are avid listeners of falsehood and devourers of unlawful. As a result of which, these man-made laws can be easily manipulated by those who are devoured by power and so justice has been denied or delayed, more so, to the weaker section of a society.
Thus, we have ended up becoming defiantly disobedient by leaving the way of our Creator and so is the retribution that we all have begun to face!
The brutalities in this world will only increase from here on, until the pharaoh-like power exits from this world. Till then, people will continue to live without justice and peace. Coz the so-called Muslims have forgotten that a Muslim means one who submits to Allah, one who submits to His laws and one who submits to the actual Sovereignty.
Know that, until we change what is within ourselves, Allah will not change our condition!
(Qur’an Surah Maidah 5:44-50)
Indeed, We sent down the Torah, in which was guidance and light. The prophets who submitted [to Allah] judged by it for the Jews, as did the rabbis and scholars by that with which they were entrusted of the Scripture of Allah, and they were witnesses thereto. So do not fear the people but fear Me, and do not exchange My verses for a small price. And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed – then it is those who are the disbelievers.(44)
And We ordained for them therein a life for a life, an eye for an eye, a nose for a nose, an ear for an ear, a tooth for a tooth, and for wounds is legal retribution. But whoever gives [up his right as] charity, it is an expiation for him. And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed – then it is those who are the wrongdoers.(45)
And We sent, following in their footsteps, Jesus, the son of Mary, confirming that which came before him in the Torah; and We gave him the Gospel, in which was guidance and light and confirming that which preceded it of the Torah as guidance and instruction for the righteous.(46)
And let the People of the Gospel judge by what Allah has revealed therein. And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed – then it is those who are the defiantly disobedient.(47)
And We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], the Book in truth, confirming that which preceded it of the Scripture and as a criterion over it. So judge between them by what Allah has revealed and do not follow their inclinations away from what has come to you of the truth. To each of you We prescribed a law and a method. Had Allah willed, He would have made you one nation [united in religion], but [He intended] to test you in what He has given you; so race to [all that is] good. To Allah is your return all together, and He will [then] inform you concerning that over which you used to differ.(48)
And judge, [O Muhammad], between them by what Allah has revealed and do not follow their inclinations and beware of them, lest they tempt you away from some of what Allah has revealed to you. And if they turn away – then know that Allah only intends to afflict them with some of their [own] sins. And indeed, many among the people are defiantly disobedient.(49)
Then is it the judgement of [the time of] ignorance they desire? But who is better than Allah in judgement for a people who are certain [in faith].(50)
May Allah guide us to understand the right from the wrong and help us walk on the path that He has bestowed as a mercy to all of us on this earth!
