Being selfish has been the innate nature of a human and it’s present from time immemorial and it has been only propelled in the world that we are in. The reason being, from childhood we are being only taught to be better than the other rather than being better than ourselves!

That’s why each one talks about being better than the other or my village is better than yours or my state is better than yours or my country is better than yours and so we always aspire to better than the other. We failed to realize that’s the seed for being selfish was already sown & the devil has been successful in reaping that, leading us to the stage that we are in.

Remember caring and feeling for others and wanting others to also get what u desire is the essence of Islam!

May Allah alone help us identify that this life is simple and so is Allah’s Deen.
